Neuro Linguistic Programming helps to Identify thought patterns. Our Senses capture an event, gather a Thought, develop a Feeling, leading to Responses which are reflected in our Behaviour, which gives out result of our perception . But we can program our thinking and reactions by using certain tools. What is important is Awareness of your own thought process. Words are powerful and we should use them with this understanding. |
