| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Fifth Meeting of the Board of Directors (2021-22) Venue: Royal Cannaught Boat Club Date & Time: Thursday, 25th November 2021, 08:30 am. Sandesh Gupta read the minutes of the previous meeting. The minutes were approved by the BOD unanimously. In addition, following matters were discussed in the meeting. 1. Resignations: None 2. New member: We are targeting for 40+ members. Amit Nirgude will confirm in couple of months about joining. Rtn. Sandesh, Rtn. Shani and Rtn. Purnima to meet his wife for joining RCKP. Update 25.11.2021 - Rtn. Sandesh to meet them in January. Regarding Satellite club at Phaltan (Govind Milk) – Forms and fees expected shortly, Rtn. Harry to pursue the matter further with Mr. Satyajit of Govind Milk. Update 25.11.2021 - Rt. Harry to follow up. 3. Leave of absence: NIL 4. Financials and Account Statement: Rtn. Navin Gupta updated balances as below – BOI ( Club ) – Rs. 507288.95 Yes Bank ( Trust ) – Rs. 922910.74 ( including interest of Rs. 32210 ) Following members have not paid subscription as on today – Rtn. Samir Shah, Rtn. Viraj Shah, Rtn. Jayashri Todkar, Rtn. Sudha, – It was decided that Rs. 500/- per month to be charged for late payment from 1st October. Update 28.10.2021 – District dues/ RI dues paid for Sudha to be collected from her, Rtn. Harry and President Ratnakar to speak to her about this. RI dues to be paid by Rtn. Viraj Shah as she has requested for leave of absence due to health issues. Update 25.11.2021 - Rs 6000/- Dues received from Sudha . Subscription fee of Samir and Dr. Thodker pending. Navin to remind them for the payment. It was also decided to add USD 30 in subscription fees from next year, so that club can maintain 100% donor status year on year. Regarding balance available with Rotary Uptown Club – it was decided that Rtn. Purnima, Rtn. Niraj, and Rtn. Rathnakar Shetty to meet President and Secretary of RC Uptown. Rtn. Purnima have details of donations collected and given to RC Uptown. Update 28.10.2021 – Pending Update 25.11.2021 - To check if we can pay fees of Andgaon students directly from pending amount from RC Uptown. Rotaract Club of Koregaon park – It was informed by President Rathnakar that Vedant has resigned from club and new President is Jay Chandnani. 5. 80G /12A/ CSR 1 It is decided to take the service of Ms. Santoshi Pasalker to get all the work related to 80G and 12 A Certification. Ms Santoshi has given a budget of Rs 50K for getting all the 3(12A, 80G and CSR including incidental expenses) certificates. The budget is approved. All necessary documents as per the list given by the consultant need to be made ready and approach Ms. Santoshi. All Past presidents to make available the Project report for their respective term. Rest of the documents Treasurer Rtn Naveen will organize in coordination with President Rtn. Rathnakar. Update ( 25th September ) : All PPs to submit project reports by 5th October. Rtn. Navin Gupta to follow up with Ms. Santoshi. Update 28.10.2021 – Rtn. Navin Gupta, Rtn. Aditya and Rtn. Harry George to have a meeting for this matter. Rtn Aditya has been requested to assist in organizing the documentation. Update 25.11.2021 - In process, Rtn. Aditya, Rtn. Navin to follow up. |
