| Minutes of Meeting | Regular protocol. During our regular weekly meeting on September 5th, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Jaykant Sarode and his talented daughters, Shrutika and Vaidehi. Both girls are passionate roller skaters, a sport that, while not widely recognized, has seen them achieve remarkable feats. Shrutika has already represented India on the world stage at championships in Taipei and Arnhem, and boasts an impressive collection of medals from competitions across India. Excitingly, both Shrutika and Vaidehi have been selected to represent India in the upcoming World Skate Games in Italy. Shrutika will even captain the Women’s Roller Derby Senior Team. In preparation for this event, they've been seeking financial support to cover their expenses. Touched by their dedication, RCKP members swiftly agreed to contribute 10% of the required funds (Rs. 50,000). Meanwhile, Mr. Kunal Tembwalkar and Rtn. George Harry are actively exploring avenues to secure the remaining 90%. Harry has even reached out to his College of President (COP) network for additional support. We wish Shrutika and Vaidehi all the best as they embark on their journey to Italy on September 15th, and we're proud to play a part in their pursuit of excellence. |
