DBM a NGO imparting vocational training course to the people from weaker section of the society. They conduct vocational training course on Nursing, Computer Basics, Tailoring and Beautician . The training centre is situated at Krishna Nagar, Mohammedwadi . The beneficiaries are mainly from economically backward section of the society and majorly women . By providing on the job training course , they are empowering the women . On request of DBM , RCKP is sponsoring 10 girls to take up Vocational training in Junior nursing course. The term of the Course is 6 months , out of that one month online and balance 5 months on the job training. During on the Job training the students are entitled for stipend also. The trained nurses are guaranteed for a job in the designated hospitals.
