RCKP organised a tree plantation drive at Duttagadh , Dighi on Pune -Alandi road, in association with NGO Avirath Shramadan. RCKP in the past also supported the NGO Avirath Shramadhans effort in making duttagadh green and developing a green patch around the hill . Already more than 5000 trees have been planted in the past 4-5 years and the NGO is taking good care of these plants . RCKP supported the project by donating Water tanks of capacity 10000 ltrs for storage of water and further distribution. RCKP members and Anns, Annets participated in this drive enthusiastically. More than 50 saplings of different varieties have been planted in name of each member of the club. Super Sunday morning working for the rotary and community combined with lots of fun.
