Konkan Area of Maharastra received heavy rain during 22nd /23rd July, resulting flooding and landslide all over Konkan area , Severe in Raigadh and Mahad. Devastating damages to the property and fatality experienced through out the region. Few of the area totally cut off from rest of the world and NDRF deployed to rescue the people. Rotary as always the first one to come forward and reach out to the affected people in terms of providing food, shelter , medicines etc. Rotary club of Koregaon park also got into action and as per the request of district Disaster management team came forward to support the district in this hour of crisis. RCKP donated 50 sets of Blankets and Bedsheets and delivered it to DGN Rtn. Manjoo Phadke office for further distribution to the flood victims .
