| Minutes of Meeting | The August 8th meeting was planned to serve a dual purpose: taking updates from the directors and brainstorming ways to celebrate our Club's 11th Charter Day. The meeting commenced with Rtn. Sandesh allocating umbrellas for the Chhatrachhaya initiative and announcing the upcoming distribution of Reusable Sanitary pads to girls in PMC school at Yerwada on 22nd August. Rtn. Sudesh encouraged members to become Paul Harris Members, with Rtn. Harry offering assistance in utilizing unused points for reduced cost to the members. Rtn, Niraj stressed the importance of membership growth, while Rtn. Pramod detailed his efforts to enhance the club's Public Image on social media. Rtn Purnima took charge of the annual fellowship schedule, with support from other Anns. She also accepted the responsibility of finalizing the agenda for the 11th Anniversary Charter Day celebration on August 25th. |
